Items purchased online must be unused, in their original packing, and with any attached paperwork to be eligible for return. Any things that have been expressly ordered, customised, or personalised are non-returnable. Earrings are not returnable once the sealed box has been opened for hygienic concerns. If you get a damaged or malfunctioning item, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after delivery, to tell us of the problem and arrange for a return.
